Bud Kean and his wife, Cricket

Bud and his wife have been faithfully attending Faith since October of 2003.  Bud was saved in a fabricating shop in Warren, OH in 1981. One of his co-workers gave him some Christian literature. At first, Bud disagreed with the Christian literature, saying, "Do you mean if my Grandmother died, never asking Jesus into her heart, that she would go to hell?" Much to Bud's suprise, his co-worker said, "yes." After pondering his response, Bud knew that he could never get into heaven on his own merit, but that he needed Jesus Christ to save him. Bud has served as a deacon and song leader on Sunday nights at a previous church. He currently heads our Nurture Team and is faithfully active in our Adult Bible Fellowship program, in our choir, and our weekly Weds. prayer and Bible study meeting.

Bud currently works for Daimler-Chrysler and has been there for over 19 years, working in the parts warehouse in Streetsboro. He and Cricket have been married since December 26, 1981.  Bud (and Cricket) enjoys fishing in Florida, as he has regularly fished since his youth. He and Pastor Workman share this mutual passion together as often as they can.  He also knows how to fly and has his private pilots license.

Bill and Debbie Mace

Bill Mace and his wife, Debbie

Bill and his wife have been members at Faith since May of 2004, and he was elected to the church office of deacon in January 2005. Bill came to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in December of 1988 at a local church in Columbus, OH. He understood God's plan of salvation as he attended a Christmas Cantata. That night he understood that Jesus paid the price for his since and that by his death and resurrection alone he could be given eternal life.

Bill has been happily married to his wife Debbie since April of 1991. They have three wonderful children, Colleen, Adam, and Emily.

Bill graduated in October 1989 from DeVry Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree majoring in computer science. Since August 1993, he has been employed as the Information Technology Manger by the Construction Labor Group in Richfield, OH.

Jeff Sheldon, and his Wife Robin

Jeff and his wife moved locally in 1997, following a relocation for work. He has been working for Temple-Inland for 24 years. The first Sunday they came to Faith, we were holding an off-site service at The Chapel's campground, Camp Carl. As God would have it, Jeff and Robin decided to make the drive out to the campsite. They soon became members here and since that time, Jeff has been on our deacon board for several terms, serving as its secretary

Jeff was saved after a Christmas Eve service, when a special speaker stressed God's role as the creator and as the one who sent Jesus because of his love. After the service, Jeff walked home, when he was struck by the majesty of all that God had made and done for him. He realized that with all of his faults and sin, God still loved him. In the middle of the drive home, he surrendered his life and faith to Christ alone.

He currently leads our Social / Hospitality Team. He has also served as an ABF teacher. Jeff describes his wife as a "redhead Irish lass born in Chesapeake Virginia... a southern bell." He has two daughters, Terrie Beth Hoffman and Laura. His hobbies include reading and spending time on the computer.
